I’m so excited to share Elizabeth and Kirk’s Chicago museum campus engagement photos. I met them on a windy Summer day! It was one of those summer nights when the weather changes several times, but the session was still absolutely beautiful not even all the wind stopped us!
The Museum Campus is one of my favorite locations to take photos. It has the beauty of the architecture of the buildings, but also the vast lake, along with the best skyline ;) We spent our time walking around the garden paths near the Field Museum and then made our way to the lake path and ended near the Adler Planetarium. This part of the city is so many couples’ favorites because there is so much variety!
One of the best parts of engagement sessions is watching my couples enjoy their time together! I love seeing exactly what makes your relationship so beautiful as I capture you both interacting. Elizabeth and Kirk were no exception! You could feel the love they had for each other as I got to snap away as each moment unfolded! It’s such an honor to capture love as it unfolds!
Elizabeth and Kirk got engaged on a wintery day in the middle of Chicago while ice skating. It was such a magical moment captured by a friend, so of course, they planned a winter wedding that I get to capture next! I love when couples choose different times of year for their wedding because then I get to see the city differently!
Hope you enjoy their session!
