There are so many gorgeous spaces to have a wedding, but I’m sharing my top 10 Chicago Wedding Venues!
Ivy Room
The Ivy Room is an iconic wedding space! Couples choose it for its beautiful garden in the middle of downtown and of course the classic look of the ivy wall in the cocktail space ;) It’s a good amount of space for mid-size wedding and such a pretty greenery spot in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago.
Loft Lucia
Loft Lucia‘s stunning rooftop is certainly a reason to love it! It’s such a lovely split-level venue. You get to have cocktail and your ceremony on the rooftop and then head down in to the reception room after.
Ravenswood Event Center
Let’s talk about all the beautiful uniqueness that is the Ravenswood Event Center. You’re able to make it completely your own for your wedding day and it’s filled with beautiful exposed brick. It’s crazy how beautiful it is when it’s filled with lovely florals. There are options for which space you choose to hold your event. Also, the top floor room fills like your at an outdoor space because it’s all windows and light! Definitely check out the Event Center if you love an industrial loft space!
The Rookery
Who wouldn’t want to have their wedding in Chicago Landmark, am I right?! The Rookery, with its white marble and iron details, is stunning in its own right! On a wedding day, it’s breathtaking! Wedding florals and architectural beauty just speak to my heart!
Chicago History Museum
Can we just take a moment to pause for the classic beautify that is the Chicago History Museum? The black and white checkered floor in the wedding space is so fun! I love the chic look of the inside of the Chicago History museum and how unexpected it is from when you walk through the first part of it. Café Brauer
Located in the heart of Lincoln Park is this gem of a wedding venue. The classic brick on the inside looks amazing with lush greens and florals! Café Brauer is a gorgeous place to have a reception and ceremony and is conveniently located near so many beautiful spots for bridal portraits. It’s walking distance to the bridge over the South Pond, and that view is just stunning!
Lacuna Artist Lofts
The name says it all! Lacuna Artist Lofts has the exposed brick and all the fun of the artwork surrounding the space. Don’t even get me started with the lovely rough top view of the city. It’s such a treasure in the city.
Saddle and Cycle Club
This little patch of green loveliness in the city is located on the north side of Chicago. The Saddle and Cycle Club is a beautiful outdoor space with rolling green grass plus a great balcony for cocktail parties. The beautiful open space outside makes a great spot for ceremonies! The indoor space is classic. It’s a great place to choose when you want both!
Rivers Restaurant
Rivers Restaurant is situated right on the River. It has a lovely view of the water and some of downtown. If you love the heart of downtown then this is a great space to have your wedding.
Artifact Events
This venue has so much character! I love all the different interesting parts of Artifact Events. You can walk through all the different spaces to take unique wedding portraits with your love! What’s great is you can use the indoor and outdoor space for your reception. It also gives you an interesting way to layout your wedding space!
Bonus Locations
Greenhouse Loft
Greenhouse Loft is tucked away in Logan Square. It’s another place that has lots of beautiful natural light available from the wall of windows! It’s also a great idea for your space if you care about sustainability. A bonus (or the reason ;) for choosing this space is they are very eco-conscious.
The Nature Museum
The Nature Museum is a lovely little spot within the city that has pretty garden views. I think people forget about it as a venue, but it’s such an interesting unique space. The garden space looking out over the bridge makes a lovely spot for ceremonies!
